NTCA's winter meetings undertake technical documents, additional programs
Over the course of four days, and with more than 75 industry leaders in attendance, the meetings focused on approving the 2010 budget, outlining strategic plans and goals for all divisions and committees for 2010 and '11, and finalizing several new technical documents for the NTCA Reference Manual.

Shaw nets two ADDY Awards
The Chattanooga Advertising Federation recently presented Shaw Floors with two ADDY Awards. The Shaw Anso nylon Consumer Brochure won a Gold ADDY Award and the 2008 Shaw Sustainability Report won a Silver ADDY Award.

Mannington Mills announced today that Russell Grizzle has joined the company as chief operating officer. Grizzle will serve as COO until the end of 2011, when he will take over for current president and CEO Tom Davis, who is retiring.

NWFA, FCICA endorse statement on floor flatness
Two national flooring associations, the National
Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) and the Flooring Contractors Association
(FCICA) have endorsed a position statement on floor flatness tolerances written
by the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC).
