A variety of companies are planning to return to Surfaces in 2009, including Oriental Weavers, Monticello International and Tarkett Residential. These companies will join almost 900 manufacturers participating in this year’s event, including Anderson Hardwood Floors, Armstrong World Industries, Beaulieu of America, BR-111 Exotic Hardwood Flooring, Dal-Tile, Dixie Home, Faus Group, Home Legend, Inc., Interceramic, Johnson Premium Hardwood Flooring, Johnsonite, Kronoswiss, Kronotex USA & Formica Flooring, Mannington Mills, MAPEI Corp., Quick-Step, Royalty Carpet Mills, and US Floors Inc.

“This is great news for Surfaces and the entire industry,” says Dana Teague, Show Director for Surfaces. “The investment by these companies and other returning companies demonstrates their dedication to their customers, our attendees, and their understanding of the value that Surfaces brings to the industry when it needs it the most.”

In addition to the returning companies, more than 80 new companies will be in attendance, including Acrylicon USA, Ambient European Tile, Bayside, Beckwith Interiors, Blakladder LLC, DuraTile Corp., Imperial Wholesale, Kylin Wood Inc., Mega Tiles Limited and Wedi Corporation.  These new companies comprise almost 20,000 square feet of the show floor.

Surfaces 2009 will also feature a new India Pavilion, Global Expo India. This area will feature 20 exhibiting companies in 2,400 square feet in the International Pavilion located in the upper hall.
