Bona US has hired Rob Johnson as regional sport manager for the Midwest region. Johnson will play a critical role in maintaining existing partnerships and increasing new business in the professional sports arena. Working closely with industry professionals and key departments at Bona, Johnson will be responsible for training, inventory, operating procedures and relationship management.

Johnson began his career as the owner of a full-service wood contracting company. Soon after, Johnson served as the designer and manager of Hoboken Floors Pro Shop in New York. Prior to joining Bona, Johnson was with Basic Coatings, where he started as the northeast regional manager and was soon promoted to the facilitator of the Basic Training program.

“Rob brings 34 years of wood flooring and management experience to Bona. He will greatly benefit the sales team and further our growth in the sports sector,” said Tom McNeil, director of distribution sales of Bona US.
