Arboritec USA, Inc., a newly formed subsidiary of Arboritec Holding AB, Jorlanda, Sweden, features a management team comprised of several industry veterans, including: Ron Peden, president/ceo; Mark Weglowski, vp of sales; and Gerry Mueller, vp of marketing.

The new company will begin marketing a line of waterborne wood floor finishes with, sealers, cleaners and other related products. “Arboritec’s very innovative nano technology has created products that offer exceptional adhesion properties, incredible durability, fast dry times, low VOC’s and user -friendly application characteristics. All Aboritec finishes and sealers incorporate ceramic silica for added durability and strength,” the company notes.

According to Jorgen Kaldemark, president and founder of Arboritec Holding AB, “We have been studying the North American market for some time and know that it has to be done the right way. Our new Arboritec USA organization knows the right way and we have every confidence that we will be successful. Being the market share leader in Sweden, we know that we have the right products for the North American market.”

Arboritec USA, located in Greenwood Village, CO, will be distributing products from the Denver area.
