Bona US will hold the grand opening of the Bona Rocky Mountain Regional Training Center in Aurora, CO on October 29, 2009. The training center is located at 2550 South Parker Road, Suite 600, Aurora, CO 80014.

The 1,700-square-foot facility is one of five regional training centers opened by Bona in the past year and offers a unique training space for hardwood industry professionals. The center features two 280-square-foot panels of Red Oak and Brazilian Cherry, in addition to several smaller panels for recoat and repair demonstrations and other technical training. Additionally, the training center features a fully stocked area of the Bona product suite and equipment for education on the Bona System. A separate classroom area offers students a beneficial learning environment to maximize training.

“The new Bona Rocky Mountain Training Center provides a unique environment for contractors and distributors to advance their classroom and hands-on skills with Bona products,” said Ilene LeBlanc, marketing manager for Bona US. “By focusing on industry terminology, processes, estimating and sales along with step-by-step methods for successfully sanding and finishing or recoating hardwood floors, we continue to spread the trust in Bona and our products,” LeBlanc added.

Bona celebrates over 90 years of experience in the hardwood floor industry by offering four additional training centers throughout the country in Richmond, CA; Bridgewater, MA; Houston, TX and Monroe, NC.
