Surfaces and StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas have changed the
dates of the 2011 shows, to be held at Mandalay
Bay in Las Vegas. The expos will now be held on
January 25 – 27, 2011 with conferences running from January 24 – 27, 2011,
according to a statement from the shows’ organizers.
“There are
a few reasons we decided to shift the dates,” said Dana Teague, show director
for Surfaces and StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas. “Most importantly, we listened to
our customers who said that a Tuesday – Thursday show works best for their busy
schedules. It is also the most economical solution in terms of travel expenses
for attendees and exhibitors alike. With all of the buzz already surrounding
the 2011 shows, anything to make them even better is a win-win for everyone.”
