Just a quick note to say thank you for a superb article in Floor Covering Installer magazine (Concrete Moisture Problems: Causes and Detection By Christopher Capobianco, FCI, October 2003). The article is succinct, clear and direct. You told the truth. There have been many articles about moisture in trade journals, however yours was written so most can understand why the problem exists and how to solve it. The solution is not simple yet those with insight should see it as an opportunity to satisfy the building owners and as a profit center for themselves.
