Bill Baxley has recently been appointed to be an agent for Capitol USA. His sales territory includes Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, western Pennsylvania and New York.

Baxley has a strong background in the floor covering industry. He is an independent flooring inspector and writes the “You Make The Call” column in Floor Covering Installer magazine. Bill is a Certified Floorcovering Installer for both residential and commercial flooring and is also certified by the Floor Covering Institute of Technical Services (FCITS).
