Pergo has added two new distributors to its Midwest network. All Tile Inc. of Elk Grove, Ill., and CDC Distributors of Cincinnati, Ohio, will begin servicing retailers in the territory previously covered by Misco Shawnee Inc. All Tile will distribute to western Illinois, northwest Indiana, Michigan, the St. Louis metro area and southern Wisconsin. CDC Distributors will distribute to southeast Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and western West Virginia.
