ElkCorp, a division of Elk Specialty Fabric Technologies, has rolled out VersaShield flooring underlayment, a rolled-good moisture barrier designed for installation under carpet and carpet tiles. The product contains no harmful epoxy, urethanes or solvents, according to ElkCorp. VersaShield is available in 36" by 180' and 72" by 90' rolls, and carries a 10-year limited warranty.
