Välinge announces Skema srl, an Italian manufacturer of laminate flooring, has decided to introduce the mechanical locking system Fold Down 5G-C and 5G-W from Välinge (by Skema called TLS-5G) on its DPL and HPL laminate floors. Skema now has a global, non-exclusive license agreement.

Skema Ltd., seated in Ponte di Piave (Treviso) Italy, has been on the international market since 1992 with its ranges of DPL and HPL, laminate flooring, engineered parquet flooring, wall panels and LVT-HDF. Skema has in the typical Italian tradition a program of customized products.

5G fold down systems from Välinge, which are the most widely used fold down systems in the market, utilizes a flexible and displaceable glass fiber reinforced tongue, ensuring a mechanically secured installation. With this innovative locking system the installation will be simpler and more economical even in large sizes and in different dimensions from the common planks. "With this new innovation Skema Ltd. will provide all the products that characterize the innovative proposal called PREMIUM with mechanical locking system 5G, and all this thanks to the collaboration with Välinge”, says CEO.MD.
