The Bostik Findley Flooring Group announced that it has acquired the Durabond line of flooring installation products from DAP Inc., as well as three of the company’s related manufacturing and distribution facilities located in New Jersey, Georgia, and California.

The acquisition should transform Bostik Findley’s North American Flooring Group into a full-service supplier of flooring installation and maintenance solutions for all flooring segments, including ceramic and stone; hardwood; carpet; laminate; rubber; and vinyl/VCT flooring, the company says.
