Sawtec's recently released Tile-Vac is a hand-held electric unit that cuts out tile, mortar and grout joints virtually dust-free, according to the company. The Tile-Vac includes a 7,000 to 10,500 rpm 12-amp electric grinder, vacuum housing, a reusable dust collection bag and six feet of hose.

The unit uses a 5-inch diamond blade and can cut 5/8-inches deep.
