BP's Amoco Fabrics and Fibers Co. recently announced the formation of a new supply chain organization. Carpet Backings General Manager Rush Clark assumes a new role as director of supply chain management. John Dowdell becomes general manager, North American Carpet Backings.

The reorganization integrates BP's manufacturing and research and technology groups, installing Ralph Clements as director of the combined organization. The change is designed to better align technical and operational resources to shorten timelines for developing and commercializing new processes and product technologies, said AFFC President Pete Cella.
