Charlie Brown, CEO of the San Diego-based Victor Kemp Co. distributorship, has retired and handed over the reins of the company to his son, Damon Brown. In his new role as president, Damon is in charge of "all facets" of the business, according to Charlie. Previously, Damon was general manager in charge of operations for the company.
