BERN, Switzerland & EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 26, 2002-- Infonet Services Corporation, a leading provider of global communications services for multinationals, today announced it has been awarded a three-year multi-service contract by Forbo Switzerland, a market-leading global manufacturer of floor coverings, adhesives and belting, to provide the sole network infrastructure requirements for Forbo's migration from a multi-provider business model into a single-provider global business strategy. The initial contract period for this agreement is three years.

In support of its global initiative to migrate into e-business solutions, Forbo conducted a bidding review for network service providers and chose Infonet to implement a customized solution to meet the organization's specific future needs in the area of Wide-Area-Network business (WAN).
