ETI Heat Systems has introduced a new patents-pending Dry Floors product. Dry Floors uses automatically controlled electric radiant heat, when necessary, to reduce drying time of tiles and similar floors. ETI’s Dry Floors system contains Safe Heat heating cables embedded in the floor underlayment, a FMC-1 controller, and one or more SMT-1 embedded moisture sensors. When it detects moisture, the automatic control system applies power to the heaters. Multiple sensor capability can be used to control the heaters based upon the conditions in several traffic paths.
