SURFACES 2008 is all about you, the installer. It’s about giving you exactly what you need to better manage your business, stay on top of the latest tools, techniques and trends, and the opportunity to network with 40,000 other serious floor covering industry professionals.
The show will provide installers the most extensive conference program in the industry and offer installers what promises to be two of the most highly interactive panel discussions. Attend the Pre-Installation Forum on Wednesday, January 30 from 4:00pm – 5:30pm as John Wabeke, Arizona Flooring Florensics, leads a discussion of all areas prior to installation. John will be joined by three other panelists, Mickey Moore, The Wood Flooring Manufacturers Association; Peter Craig, Concrete Constructives; and Dave Gobis, The Ceramic Tile Education Foundation.
The second panel discussion will take place Friday, February 1 from 8:00am – 9:30am and will give installers the opportunity to hear first-hand, solutions to their most common problems. Join moderator John Moore, editor of Floor Covering Installer magazine, as he leads industry experts Jon Namba, International Certified Floor Covering Installers Association; Karen Mason, Mason Contracting, Inc.; and Gerald Sloan, National Tile Contractors Association through the most Common Causes of Post-Installation Failures for hardwood, tile, stone, carpet, bamboo and other floor covering materials.
Surfaces 2008 will again feature the Installation Showcase that promises to be a high-traffic area on the show floor. Learn new installation techniques and cost-cutting solutions at seven live demonstrations sponsored by American Express and brought to you by The World Floor Covering Association, National Floor Trends magazine, International Certified Floor Covering Installers Association and Floor Covering Installer magazine.
