will launch a new software program at Surfaces designed to help retailers find "good quality" installers in their area. With the software, retailers will be able to see how flooring stores rate an installer, view installers' schedules in real time, look at their resumes, and even view pictures of their work.

Once a retailer selects an installer, the installer is automatically notified of the new job via e-mail. He can accept or reject the offer, and also receives a work order that itemizes the work and the fees which he will be paid. Additionally, retailers can rate an installer on their work.

Surfaces is set for Feb. 3-5 at the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas. will also showcase its new software at several upcoming vendor shows, the company said.
