Martin Howard, vice president of David Allen Company in Raleigh, N.C., has been appointed to the board of directors of the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA), the largest tile contractors association in the world. As a highly regarded expert and consultant in the technical aspects of tile and stone, he also serves on the NTCA Technical Committee.

Howard presently oversees the Tile and Estimating Divisions at David Allen Company. He has more than 27 years of experience in the construction industry, ranging from construction loan administration to general contracting, and 18 years in David Allen Company management. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Appalachian State University and has had management responsibilities in every area of David Allen Company’s tile and marble operation.
