LG Hausys FLOORS, the resilient floor covering division of LG Hausys America, Inc., has appointed industry veteran Jim Hall as the Western U.S. regional sales manager for its newly developed line of resilient flooring targeted for the residential contract marketplace. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Hall comes to LG Hausys FLOORS after 23 years in a similar capacity with Mannington Mills. In his new position, Hall will work to establish relationships and build distribution partnerships for LG Hausys FLOORS residential contract business in the Western states.
Nora Systems, Inc., manufacturer of nora rubber flooring, has named Andreas Mueller president and CEO, North America. Mueller has served nora’s North American operations for 13 years, most recently as vp sales, during which time growth in annual sales averaged 17 percent. Additionally, he helped expand the business in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
CA International LLC has appointed Phillip Cutts to president of its Pinnacle Interior Elements Division, headquartered in Dallas. Cutts succeeds former Pinnacle founder and president, Michael Kearins, who was assigned to a management position when CA International acquired Pinnacle in June.
A home furnishings industry veteran, Cutts began his wood flooring industry career with Triangle Pacific Corp. as commercial sales manager of its Bruce Hardwood Floors Division. During an impressive decade of service in which he helped Bruce achieve double-digit annual growth and a series of key corporate acquisitions, he became director of commercial sales for the Armstrong Wood Division when Armstrong acquired Triangle Pacific in 1998. Cutts left Armstrong in 2000 to become Western sales manager at Pinnacle Interior Elements. He became vp of sales in 2005.
