The NWFA Certified Professionals will host two Wood Flooring Inspection Schools during 2010.  The dates and locations of the schools are as follows:
May 17 – 20;   City of Industry, CA
September 27 – 30;     St. Louis, MO

The four-day school provides specialized training on conducting wood flooring inspections.  The curriculum was developed to help wood flooring professionals obtain the knowledge to become competent in five key areas, including substrates; maintenance; identifying problems, causes and cures; installation, sand and finish methods; and report information gathering and writing.  The cost to attend the school is $1,495 for NWFA members.  Nonmembers can attend for $1,700.

This school provides much of the knowledge necessary to take the Certified Inspector test offered by NWFACP.  The test is required to become an NWFACP Certified Inspector.  The test will be offered for an additional fee on the day following the school.  The test fee for NWFA members is $250.  Nonmembers can take the test for $350.  The test dates and locations are as follows:
May 21;           City of Industry, CA
October 1;       St. Louis, MO
