Corporate Floors Inc., a Grapevine, Texas-based commercial
flooring services company with locations throughout the state, has acquired the
assets of Dallas-based ReSource Flooring Group. Financial terms were not
disclosed.
"ReSource
Flooring Group is known for their high quality installation, floor care and
SaniGLAZE business and close end-user relationships," said Thomas Holland,
president and ceo of Corporate Floors. "Their team is first rate and we
are thrilled to have them join our own Corporate Floors team."
ReSource
Flooring owner Burt Copeland will remain in charge of market development for
the SaniGLAZE Franchise, which cleans, sanitizes, and seals ceramic tile floors
and grout. The majority of the ReSource team will remain in their current
positions at Corporate Floors and will continue to service their existing
customer base, according to COrporate Floors.
"ReSource
has always been about service and doing what's right for the customer -- no
matter what. Corporate Floors culture closely parallels these values and
priorities which is why this combination makes such great sense," Copeland
said.
Jolene
Campbell, sales manager for ReSource, added, "Customer service and
satisfaction have been key to ReSource. Corporate Floors parallels RFG in its
philosophy and goals. Combining these two companies will dominate the flooring
industry with exceptional service and customer satisfaction."
The
acquisition brings about 25 jobs to Grapevine and the combined company will be
headquartered at Corporate Floors' new 32,000 square foot facility, Corporate
Floors said.
