Innovative Carpets, a Cresskill, N.J.-based designer and manufacturer of custom fine woven Axminster carpets and wool hand-tufted rugs, has hired Kirk Lamonte as Western regional manager/Las Vegas sales. Lamonte will be responsible for driving sales success in the western part of the United States and will work closely with Founder and President Bob Couri.

Lamonte has an extensive background in the carpet industry, including the residential, contract and hospitality markets during his illustrious career. This includes serving as Western sales manager at Milliken Hospitality for the past three years. Prior to that, Lamonte spent 13 years with Shaw Industries.
