Noble Company has hired Rick Dawson to support contractor training and customer technical services.

Dawson joins Noble Company from Welch Tile & Marble, a nationally known tile contractor.  Prior to Welch Tile, Rick worked with a strong Midwest distributor, Virginia Tile.  He also served for seven years in the United States Marine Corps as a flight phase instructor and weapons & tactics instructor.
