Shaw Learning Academy, the training division of Shaw Industries Group Inc., has been recognized by Elearning! Media Group (EMG) as a member of the Learning! 100. The Learning! 100 honors organizations that embrace learning culture and technologies to achieve exceptional performance. Shaw, the only flooring manufacturer to make the list, placed #16 and was specifically praised for its immersive learning culture, according to Shaw.

Learning! 100 applicants are evaluated on three sets of criterion: Aberdeen’s Best-in-Class Learning & Development Survey, EMG’s Learning Culture Index, and organizational performance.
