The National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) will hold its Expert Sand & Finish school Oct. 10-12 at the association’s headquarters in St. Louis, Mo.

This 3-day school provides hands-on training for highly experienced wood flooring professionals. Prerequisites include three years industry experience and previous attendance at NWFA Custom Design and Finish School. Students receive three NWFA degree credits. Topics include: Sanding/Finishing Stairs; Sanding/Finishing Custom Mixed Media; Hand Brushing/Rubbing/Rolling Finish; Faux Painting; Repair of Damaged Boards; Custom Mixing/Blending Stains; and Hand Scraping.
