The Maryland and Northern Virginia Floor Covering Association (MDNVAFCA) is urging its members to help amend the 2009 Work Place Fraud Act, which continues to affect its membership along with all floor covering dealers located or doing business in Maryland, the organization said.  

The MDNVAFCA urges installers to contact their delegate and let them know their feelings on this law.  They ask that you tell every dealer you know about the Work Place Fraud Act and ask them to share this information with every dealer they know.

The next meeting concerning the Work Place Fraud Act will be held Jan. 19 in Annapolis, Md. at the Loews Building, Room 230 at 10:30am.
