Join Donato Pompo on Wednesday August 23, 2012 at 11:00 am EST when he presents  “How to Avoid Ceramic Tile and Stone Installation Problems Through Training”.

Below is brief description of what you can expect in this exciting one-hour webinar sponsored by FCICA.

It doesn't matter whose at fault when there is a Tile or Stone problem or failure, because everyone involved will end up paying either in their time defending themselves, in spending money to reconcile the problem or in reputation if it doesn't get resolved favorably... Thus it is in everyone's best interest to make sure that our employees and/or customers are fully trained to avoid problems. Training has proven to be the best and fastest way to increase profits and avoid problems.

Tile and Stone expert Donato Pompo will review some of the common failures found in today's world of larger and thinner tiles, use of floor warming systems and sound attenuation systems, use of membranes,  use of modern thin-set adhesives, and particularly in exterior and interior wet applications.   He will then point out how these problems can be avoided by following industry standards, and how we can make sure our installers can easily learn the industry standards so they can avoid these very costly failures.
