When a contractor or a subcontractor does work on a contract that is at least partially funded by the State of Maryland and subject to Maryland's Prevailing Wage laws, the contractor or subcontractor is required to file weekly certified payroll reports, the Maryland and Northern Virginia Floor Covering Association shares in its latest e-newsletter. Typically, the contractor or subcontractor has filed these reports on paper using the U.S. Department of Labor's Form WH 347.
