Columbia, the Character Wood Specialist in the hardwood industry, joined distributor partner BPI as an exhibitor during the recent National Wood Flooring Association’s Spring Expo 2013.
“We were very pleased to feature Columbia hardwood in the BPI booth at this important industry gathering,” saidShane Calloway, vice president of North American independent distribution sales for Unilin, Columbia’s parent company. “Columbia and BPI executives as well as sales team members were on hand during the show, working with customers and previewing the new Columbia hardwood products that are launching in 2013.”
“The NWFA expo has made some exciting changes in the past several years,” added Calloway. “The expo has evolved from a show geared mainly toward contractors to an overall hardwood industry show, appealing to a wider participant base. One of Columbia’s key hardwood distributors BPI was not only an exhibitor, but also served as a show sponsor, underscoring the importance of this expo.”
“At the show, we previewed the new Columbia hardwood collections that will be launching this spring,” said Randy Boothe, regional sales manager for Columbia. “These new 2013 products are predicted to be strong sellers, offering consumers attractive, quality flooring, with a strong price/value relationship.”
The NWFA expo is the only convention and tradeshow in the world solely dedicated to wood flooring, and is attended by more than 3,000 wood professionals.
