Mike Barrett has joined Haines as vice president of operations and Bill Rothenbach is the company's new vice president of human resources.

In these roles, Barrett will lead all Haines' warehouse and delivery functions and Rothenbach will oversee Haines' corporate human resource functions.

Barrett brings operations experience from previous leadership positions with companies such as Sonoco Products Co., QVC, CVS Pharmacy and Dollar Tree.

Rothenbach brings over 30 years of human resources experience with companies such as Procter & Gamble, Bausch & Lomb, Sara Lee Corp., Black & Decker and Colfax Corp.
