Lignomat presents a multi-functional, dual-depth Ligno-DuoTec BW that can be used as a pinless meter and thermo-hygrometer, according to the company. 

 

In pinless mode, the Ligno-DuoTec BW can measure moisture in solid wood floors,  engineered floors, OSB, AdvanTech, plywood and other subfloors as well as horizontal, vertical and strand bamboo, the company said. All calibrations are available for a measuring depth of 3/4” and 1/4”. Using both measuring depths, settings for engineered floors can be customized. 

 

Additionally, thinner floor planks, dryness of waterborne finishes and installed hardwood floors can be measured without including the subfloor or the concrete underneath.
