USG Corp. has launched the Durock brand Glass-Mat Tile Backerboard.

 

According to the company, the Durock brand Glass-Mat Tile Backerboard is made up of a water-resistant gypsum core with a fiberglass mat facer and back. Additionally, the front of the panel has a proprietary cementitious coating. These features work together to resist against moisture, making it an ideal product for use in wet areas as a tile substrate.
