The North American Association of Floor Covering Distributors (NAFCD) has released its latest Profit Analysis Report (PAR), a robust financial and operational benchmarking report for NAFCD distributor members and industry stakeholders.

The results presented in the report, compiled by Profit Planning Group, are gathered from income statements, balance sheets and operating data supplied by participating firms in the floor covering distribution xary, financial statements and ratios, product focus, market analysis, geographic analysis and a ratio calculation, all comparing the differences between a typical distribution firm and a high-profit distribution firm, according to the association. 

“The highly popular PAR provides flooring distributors with a valuable benchmarking resource to compare themselves to the overall distributor community while also providing them with specific ways to enhance their productivity and efficiency,” said Kevin Gammonley, NAFCD's executive vice president. “This exclusive data driven by aggregating financial data from the leading independent distributors cannot be found elsewhere. It’s a program that only trade associations can produce.”
