FCICA, the Flooring Contractors Association, has announced that James Bissler and Bruce Reeve are now credentialed as a Certified Installation Manager (CIM), which is the only certification program for commercial flooring installation managers. 

 

Bissler and Reeve were awarded this designation of CIM for the successful completion of all eight modules of learning and related assessments with the required score. After receiving CIM designation, Bissler commented, "I chose the CIM program because I wanted to separate myself and my company from my competition. I have certified installers so it only made sense to take the next step and become a certified installation manager."

 

The CIM program is an online certification program specifically developed for and available to all who want to obtain the knowledge necessary to become a Certified Installation Manager and learn the important skills required of that position, regardless of their affiliations.
