The Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) is offering eight optional tours during the 34th Annual Convention, taking place March 6 through 9.
The Commercial Flooring Tradeshow and 34th Annual Convention—Back to the Basics, will be hosted at the Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast, Fla. The four-day event will feature five educational sessions, the Commercial Flooring Tradeshow, roundtables, industry networking opportunities, the first Successors gathering, in addition to the optional tours for attendees.
Attendees will have the opportunity prior to the start of the convention on Saturday, March 5 to golf at the award-winning Jack Nicklaus Signature Ocean Course located at Hammock Beach Resort. Those more interested in fishing can participate in the half-day backwater fishing excursion for a great adventure along St. Augustine’s Intracoastal Waterway and inland tributaries. Also available Saturday is lunch at the Ocean Bar and a relaxing day at the FCICA pool cabana.
On Sunday, March 6, attendees can tour Historic St. Augustine. Enjoy a walk down the oldest street in America and see major highlights of the city. Also included in the tour is lunch at Café Alcazar. After lunch, learn about the Gilded Age with private tours of the Lightner Museum and Flagler College.
The next day, partake in the educational and tasting experience of Ancient Olive’s balsamic vinegars and extra virgin olive oils.
On Tuesday, March 8, pamper yourself during spa day with lunch at the Hammock Beach Resort.
To complete Convention, join FCICA staff and attendees for Nature Adventure Day on Wednesday, March 9. Network and have a blast during the “Behind the Seas” experience at Marineland.
