Tim Curran, co-president of Curran Group—the holding company that owns Crossville—has been awarded the Joe A. Tarver Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA).
This honor recognizes leaders who have demonstrated active commitment over the course of their careers to the tile and stone industry’s integrity and advancement.
Curran was honored at NTCA's Annual Awards Ceremony, held as part of the Coverings Expo in Chicago. Members of his family and the Crossville staff were present to see him honored. Curran is the second Crossville recipient of the Joe A. Tarver Award, with Svend Hovmand taking the honor in 2002.
As the great grandson of Curran Group founder William Curran, Tim continues the company’s legacy of embracing the core values of family, respect, partnership, integrity, and improvement. With his family as priority, he leads by his example and continues to combine innovation and growth while maintaining his role as father, husband, brother and now grandfather. According to the company, his active leadership is foundational to the success of Crossville as it now enters its 30th year in business in the domestic porcelain tile market.
