Tile industry leaders will be considering new submissions and revisions to current methods of the Tile Council of North America Handbook when Committee members and guests meet in Atlanta next week.
The two-day event will include proposals to remove existing methods in the Handbook, editorial changes to existing methods and new submissions for consideration. The National Tile Contractors Association has two voting representatives on the committee (Current president, James Woelfel and NTCA board advisor, Nyle Wadford). Second vice president of NTCA Chris Walker is a voting representative representing the ANSI A108 and 118 Subcommittee.
Guests attending will include alternates to the voting representatives (Martin Howard, NTCA first vice president and Dan Welch, chairman of the board), as well as executive director Bart Bettiga and Methods and Standards Committee chairman Kevin Fox. The NTCA Methods and Standards Committee has submitted several proposed revisions to the Handbook.
