Our business has continued to grow and expand over the past 10 years. We have had to adjust to varying business conditions and we continue to diversify our customer base. I was recruited to FCICA by a fellow flooring contractor, Bruce Reeves. The educational opportunities provided by FCICA have helped everyone on the Synergy Team, and we currently have five Certified Installation Managers (CIM).
