The Sims family has made flooring and installation a livelihood across generations. Owners of Preferred Flooring in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the company offers its unique skillset and expertise to West Michigan. Though Preferred Flooring has been a family venture, Crystal Sims is making quite a name for herself in the flooring installation industry. Crystal was recently selected as a top-four finalist in the TISE Installer of the Year Semi-Finals Competition, and next up she will compete again for the title of top installer when the show returns in February 2022.
