The Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) and Mapei have partnered to host the "New Mapei Products for Moisture Control and LVT Installation" webinar on Thursday, March 16 at 11am CDT. Additionally, there will an auction held to bid on the products discussed in the education session—Planiseal MBT and Ultrabond ECO 379 adhesive. 

Jeff Johnson, FCIS business and marketing manager, Mapei Corporation, will introduce two new products in moisture control—Planiseal MBT, high-performance, moisture barrier tape and base for MAPEI Self-Leveling Underlayments and the latest adhesive innovation for the installation of LVT - Ultrabond ECO 379 High Performance.

Mapei is introducing a new introduction in moisture control that needs no surface profile, works on concrete slabs up to 25lbs MVER and 100% RH and is immediately ready for self-leveler application without the need for a primer—Planiseal MBT High-Performance, Moisture Barrier Tape and Base for MAPEI Self-Leveling Underlayments.  

Also being introduced is Mapei’s latest adhesive introduction for the installation of LVT and other resilient flooring—Ultrabond ECO 379 High Performance, Roller Applied, Multi-Flooring Adhesive. Gone are the days of dragging adhesive across the floor on your knees. With Ultrabond ECO 379 you can work standing up, install quicker and get an installation that has high moisture resistance, heavy rolling load resistance and since it is applied with a roller there won’t be any trowel ridge show through on thin resilient flooring.
