Installer Ken Ballin shares the challenge of transitioning 1,000 sq. ft. of glue-down engineered hardwood with two tile floors in a condo in Ocean City, New Jersey.

Dottie Bonn started installing floors out of necessity to feed her family as a single mother of five kids. After more than 20 years in the industry, she has started her own flooring installation company, A Girls Flooring Company, in Youngsville, North Carolina.

Eric Zurn is the director of innovations at Beno J. Gundlach Co. and has his own tool brand, Edurus Tools, which is now a subsidiary brand of Gundlach. 

Installer Crystal Sims was recently selected as a top-four finalist in the TISE Installer of the Year Semi-Finals Competition, and next up she will compete again for the title of top installer when the show returns in February 2022.
