Sergey Shlyapintokh, director of business development, Thermosoft, has over 10 years of experience in the floor heating industry, planning, supporting and assisting a countless number of successful floor heating installations. He is active on the National Wood Flooring Association’s radiant heating task force and on the UL Safety Technical Panel. His number one priority on any floor heating project is to provide education to the installer as well as the end user to ensure the heated floor can be enjoyed for a lifetime.
