The 2013 Memorial Fundraiser is dedicated to all installers in need.

A CFI Committee will select recipients and monies will be donated as needed.

Golf Outing

1:00 pm – Riverbend Golf Course, Fort Wayne

• Florida Scramble – 4 players per team

• Special Holes – Prizes

• Traveling Trophy – will stay at the store of the winning team for 1 year. Complete listing of

participating stores is available at Carpet Cushions and Supplies (CCS)

• $75 per player

Includes golf cart, drinks (while golfing) and dinner

Raffle

• Prizes include: installation tools and much more.

• Raffle ticket prices: $1 - $3

• 50/50 drawing at 6:30 pm.

Dinner – BBQ Ribs and Chicken

6:00 pm – Riverbend Golf Course Clubhouse, Fort Wayne

• BBQ Ribs and Chicken dinner is included with golf package. Cash bar.

• $25 per person if not golfing.

• Bring your spouse/friend for a fun evening.

Due to alcohol being served, no one under age 21 can ATTEND the outing.
